What is Start Caring Wellness Fitness Boot Camp?


You can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, pilates, mat work, some running (less than a mile), weight training, obstacle courses, and jumping rope, and calisthenics (i.e. jumping jacks, push ups and sit ups).
It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun!

  • 5-week fitness boot camp. Meets 3 times per week
  • Total Body Fitness Assessment: full body measurements and body fat % (before and after)
  • Full Nutrition Plan for five weeks
  • Registered Dietitian consults and supervises nutrition plan (upon request)
  • Trained instructors - CPR and fitness training certified
  • Interactive food plan, food partners, food journals and more
  • Interactive website with cardio workouts, cookbooks, meal plans, recipes, snack ideas
