Ok...let me start out by saying that I absolutely LOVE bootcamp!!!! It is the best workout EVER!!! I have been doing bootcamp for over a year now! I have lost over 60 pounds so far...I have about 20 more. YAHOO! I love how strong I am now and how good doing bootcamp makes me feel! Bootcamp has made me an athlete! I love all the trainers and all their positive energy! I love the accoutablity! It is a great package! And the price is outrageously great! I get a trainer for 3 days a week...that is awesome! Can you tell that I love this bootcamp??

This camp is the best! I lost 60 pounds, and I have managed to keep it off for 3 years! The coaches are positive, and every session is different, so it keeps it fun and exciting!!! Most recently, I have been able to use boot camp - along with running - to train for my marathon!!! COME ON OUT AND JOIN US!!!

My wife has been attending the Start Caring boot camp for over a year now and has been begging me to come with her. Waking up that early seemed very unappealing to me as I was stuck in a mindset of pure laziness. What I discovered is that I was getting lazy with my workouts as well; when I was at the gym I wouldn’t put much effort into my workouts and I continued to gain weight and not see any results. I would always find some excuse to slack off. All of the slacking off led me to have to buy all new pants, which was a shocking wake up call. I have completed my first boot camp and I was so impressed that I am actually referring my patients to Start Caring. As a former athlete, I was initially concerned that I would not be challenged enough and I WAS WRONG! This camp is safe, doable for anyone at any fitness level and can be modified if needed, and if you show up, you get results. I recommend that you take the challenge - it will be the best money you have ever spent. If your health is suffering, if you don’t have the energy you used to, and feel hopeless and frustrated, this could be your answer! If you commit yourself to this program, it could turn your life around.

I LOVE boot camp!! I am on my third camp with several more planned in the future!! When I heard about the program from a friend of mine at school around October, I thought it was the perfect thing to get me in shape for the holiday pictures, and to help me lose the dreaded "post wedding pounds" we new brides tend to pack on. So I decided that I would enroll and I signed up and did my fat percentages, measurements, etc. I went home and told my new husband about it, and he decided that he would give it a try too. It was VERY beneficial to have someone go through all of this with me, so I was glad for his support. We took everything very serious (attended EVERY day), drank TONS of water (which we are used to doing by now) followed the rules about diet that the staff suggests, and we were crowned Biggest Losers of our camp! The second camp we went through was bitter cold, and I primarily maintained my results, but my husband kept losing! We are in our third boot camp now, and we have really grown used to waking up that early in the morning to work out. We took a break for one camp and we realized how much we missed it when we started back up. It has really made a difference in our attitudes and daily lifestyle. I have more energy, and my thoughts are more positive when I am in the program. I really want to thank Shellee and Chelsea and the staff for all their support and encouragement. Their positive outlook and spirit makes getting up so early not so bad. They always make me feel that I can do whatever they ask of me and that in turn makes me give them 110%.

I am on my 4th boot camp and I just can't wait to see how much better I am going to look after the next 5 weeks! I have lost on the average of 15lbs. per boot camp. I feel like a renewed person. The way that Shellee taught us how and when to eat is so imperative. I love that it is not illumination but moderation. It has taught me to enjoy my food and that I am doing this for myself. The results are incredible! I have lost a total of 53 lbs now and I am not stopping! I never had a weight problem in the past but I had to have 7 surgeries and 6 month of steroids and it mad me gain so much weight. I was very depressed about loosing my beautiful figure and I never thought I would be able to get it back. I guess I was wrong! I no longer overeat nor do I let myself ever get hungry. The meal plan of eating ever 2 1/2 to 3 hours really put my body back in the working mode. I am never found hungry but my body tells me It is time to eat every 2-3 hrs. Since I am on this schedule. I have so much energy now that there is nothing in life that I can't do.Thank you for helping me get to this point and I can't wait til' I am at my goal weight so I can press forward and keep this new lifestyle. This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle and this lifestyle really works! God Bless you Shellee!

First I would like to say the boot camp was "not" my idea. 5:30am is just the time of day I really do not like to see. However, since I have crept up to the weight I was when I "gave birth" to my son who is now almost 4, my size 12s were begging me for a change. I just kept thinking the dry cleaner was shrinking my clothes :) When I was in my 20s, I was no stranger to the gym. For some reason I thought a 5-year sabbatical on the couch wouldn't hurt me. Now at 39, I felt about 89 during class, 59 when it was over and about 25 the next day. I was only able to attend 4 out of the 5 weeks because I got sick (probably from the martini birthday celebration). Nonetheless, I still managed to drop 1 pound, 4% body fat & 8.5 inches!!!! Very exciting. I have already signed up for the next one, as I know consistency is the key to success. I'm sure if I stick to the eating better, I will have an even nicer result.

This was my first boot camp, and I was very skeptical. I have lost about 85 pounds over the last 2 years, but I had remained at the same weight & fat percentage since October 04. Despite working out 4-5 times a week I could not lose another pound. So reluctantly I signed up for See Results Fitness Camp. I worked really hard, I stuck to Shellee's food program, I wrote down what I ate, and I gave 100% for 5 weeks straight. Well I weighed in, and had a body fat analysis for the end of boot camp, and low and behold I had lost 8 pounds, 9 inches, and 7 percent body fat. Needless to say, I am an ecstatic true believer. Shellee is a wonderful motivator, and I felt she stood behind ME all the way. If you are just beginning to live a healthy lifestyle, or if you have been doing it for years, you will see results. I was amazed at our graduation ceremony, when every single person in our class, had lost weight, lost body fat, or just a lot of inches. We all saw the results that Shellee promised. Keep it up Shellee, See ya at the next boot camp. I am forever grateful!

When I saw and read the card on my door announcing, "5 Week Boot Camp," I immediately tossed it in the trash. My husband had "carefully" encouraged me for years to begin a work-out routine, but I always had the excuses of, not enough time, didn't like to sweat, I'm fine the way I am, etc. We'll.... turning 50 this year hit me like a freight train! Expecting my second grandchild this year was going to require ALOT of energy! So, I dug through the coffee grinds (breakfast), banana peels (lunch), and Coke cans (dinner) and gingerly retrieved the little blue card. I thought, "I can do ANYTHING for 5 weeks." After all, didn't I have two babies in the 80's, when natural childbirth was all the rage! I'm still looking for Dr. Lamaze; he's probably in some sado-masochist commune in France under an assumed name. So, I signed up. This boot camp has been a love-hate thing. I love to know I'm strengthening my body - hate when the alarm goes off at 4:45 AM, love that my 22 yr old son notices a change in my shape - hate to hear you yell, "lunges to the wall," love the way I can actually see and feel my body toning up - hate to hear, "run the long, sprint the short!" Well, after losing 11.5 inches and 4% body fat, I'm hooked. I'm shootin' for the moon and I think I can make it! I've got a lot of spoiling to do with my grandbabies, now I know I'll have the stamina to keep up. Shellee, you are a godsend. Your beautiful smile and encouraging words are always there when someone needs them. Take care and I'll see you next session!

“…A friend of mine told me about a fitness boot camp a friend of mine, Shellee Enfinger, was starting and the instructor. I joined the camp and lost inches while toning muscle. I am currently enjoying the third “Start Caring” Boot Camp offered and have gone from 25% body fat when I joined to 18 1/2% body fat currently. People who meet me now would never know I have lost 50 pounds this year! When I pull out the fat pictures it is funny to see their expressions. It has been an interesting trek and I have learned many things along the way. My only regret is that I let myself get unhealthy and overweight in the first place. My cholesterol is now 179, which I attribute to healthy eating and exercise. I feel like a new person and have gone to barely fitting into a 14 to wearing size 4 jeans! My kids ask me when I will be done with my diet and I tell them it is not a diet. It is a lifestyle change.” The little changes are the ones that count. I started my first boot camp in March of 2004 just in the beginning of my divorce. I gained a lot of weight due to quitting smoking as well as the end of a 12 year marriage. I felt like I was never going to get this weight off. I decided that if I did nothing I would lose nothing, so I joined the boot camp hoping for the best.. When I started the boot camp I could not make the jog around the parking lot! I just kept on keeping on and now I can!! I still cant make it around the building but I'm getting there!! Having just completed my second boot camp I have lost a total of 16 inches, 8% body fat, and 2 pounds!! I was so happy, I have found a program that has absolutely changed the way I look at food and excercise..When I'm hungry instead of going for the chips, I now go for the yogurt, protein bars and meal replacement drinks! That is amazing!! Shelle I am so thankful for this program and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for inspiring me to stay with it! I look forward to seeing you at the next boot camp!!
